Supervisors’ training concludes

ITANAGAR, Nov 14: The one-month long 11th batch of Supervisors’ Job Training Course concluded in a positive note at the Middle Level Training Centre (MLTC) here on Tuesday.
The valedictory function which begun with a welcome and keynote address by course-in-charge Deepa Zongsam was followed by a short speech from Women & Child Development (WCD) director, T Pertin Loy, a press release informed.
Emphasizing on the importance of the training, Loyi in her address, exhorted the Supervisors’ to work with dedication and sincerity for achieving the objectives of the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme. 
She also advised the Supervisors to regularly monitor the Anganwadi Centers (AWCs) and guide the Anganwadi Workers and Helpers (AWWs/AWHs) in their day-to-day activities.
She further congratulated all the participants for their successful completion of the Job Training Course and distributed the course completion certificates to the trainees.
Also to speak on the occasion was MLTC principal in-charge, T Opio advised the participants to make the best use of whatever knowledge and skill hey have gained during the training, the release added.
