Mumbai, Mar 16: Shah Rukh Khan’s car accidentally ran over a photographer’s foot when the paparazzi jumped on his car to get a picture of him entering Alia Bhatt’s house for her birthday bash.
Alia Bhatt turned a year older yesterday, and her Dear Zindagi co-star Shah Rukh Khan made sure to attend her birthday bash. However, things went south when the paparazzi jumped on his car to capture him entering Alia’s house, and in the chaos, the car accidentally ran over a photographer’s leg.
India.com reports that the superstar immediately asked his bodyguard to take the injured photographer to Nanavati hospital. He even gave his car for the same, and bore all the medical expenses.
An eye-witness was quoted as saying, “Shah Rukh was extremely polite and asked the photographers not be scared as he will take care of the entire incident. The photographer who got injured is a new guy and he extremely got excited seeing the actor. He tried his level best to capture Shah Rukh...and didn’t realise that he will hurt himself as the car was moving in full speed. But thankfully, nothing major happened and the situation is now under control.”
