Kaso inspects restoration work

ITANAGAR, Jul 04: The portion of national highway 415 between Naharlagun to Itanagar which was washed away by heavy downpour on July 01 last will be restored soon if weather support the ongoing restoration works being carried out by the Public Work Department (PWD), informed local MLA Techi Kaso here on Tuesday.

Kaso, who along with Capital Complex DC Prince Dhawan inspected the restoration works near Dree ground here, said that the pace in which the work is being carried out by the PWD is laudable.

He at the same time also thanked the public for their cooperation.

EE (Highway) Nani Tath informed that if everything goes well, the road would be open for vehicular movement by Wednesday.
