ITANAGAR, Apr 30: A warm farewell was extended to deputy labour commissioner (DLC) Ozing Rukbo who superannuated on April 30, in a simple yet poignant event at the office of the labour commissioner here.
Rukbo began his journey with the department as a labour officer in 1991 and steadily rose through the ranks, serving as assistant labour commissioner from 2016 and deputy labour commissioner from 2021.
With over 33 years of dedicated service, he not only contributed significantly to the department of labour and employment but has also served in various capacities in other departments prior to his tenure here.
The officers and staff of the department wished him a happy and fulfilling post-retirement life, acknowledging his invaluable contributions.
